At Murci, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase. If a style isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all Murci tags still attached before securely sealing them in the original packaging.
Ship It Back
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
